Stress and anxiety affect many of us and often become such a regular part of life that we start to accept them as “normal.” Over time, we can become caught in cycles of negative thinking while ignoring the physical signals our bodies give us when stress and anxiety begin to build. Join Sharon (RTT Therapist) for this empowering online workshop designed to help you better understand how your mind works and how you can take back control of your thoughts, feelings, and reactions. During this session, Sharon will introduce powerful yet practical tools to help you manage stress and anxiety more effectively. You’ll learn how the mind creates patterns, why certain thoughts keep repeating, and how changing the meaning you give to challenging situations can transform how you feel and respond. Drawing on approaches such as hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Sharon will share techniques that can help you quiet the mind, reduce overwhelm, and begin to shift limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. By the end of the session, you’ll have a better understanding of the rules of the mind, along with simple strategies you can start using straight away to feel calmer, more empowered, and more in control. Take the first step towards creating a calmer mind and a more balanced, confident version of yourself.
