Acceptance
By accessing or participating in any B.U. Evolution class, session, program, or subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Health Disclaimer
All classes are delivered online and you participate entirely at your own risk.
If you are pregnant, have any physical injury, medical condition, or mental health condition (including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, or any diagnosed or suspected psychiatric condition), you must consult a qualified medical or mental health professional before participating.
If you are experiencing psychosis, active psychotic symptoms, or have been advised to avoid breathwork, meditation, intense emotional work, or physical exercise, you must not participate in these sessions.
The teachings, exercises and guidance provided by B.U. Evolution, Wild Horse Clothing Ltd, and its teachers are educational in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Assumption of Risk
You accept full personal responsibility for your participation. Physical movement, breathwork, meditation, and emotional practices may be physically or psychologically demanding and may carry risk. You confirm that you are responsible for assessing your own physical condition, mental readiness, and environment before participating.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Horse Clothing Ltd (trading as B.U. Evolution), including its directors, employees, contractors, teachers, and affiliates, accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, psychological reaction, loss, damage, or expense arising from or related to your participation in classes, programs, content, or interactions with teachers or other participants.
By participating, you voluntarily waive and release Wild Horse Clothing Ltd and B.U. Evolution from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action connected with your participation.
Right to Refuse Participation
B.U. Evolution reserves the right to refuse, remove, or exit any participant from a session at any time if there are concerns regarding safety, behaviour, impairment, or mental health. Refunds are not guaranteed unless stated in the refund policy.
Class Changes
Wild Horse Clothing Ltd may modify, postpone, or cancel classes, schedules, instructors, or programs at any time.
Subscription & Cancellation
Participants are responsible for managing and cancelling their own subscriptions. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the participant before the next billing date.
Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date will result in the next billing charge being applied. B.U. Evolution and Wild Horse Clothing Ltd are not responsible for charges incurred due to a participant failing to cancel their subscription in time.
